Who we are

This site is operated by a real estate brokerage licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This site, abudhabi.realtree.ae, is used to publish Abu Dhabi property listings. Contact us at privacy@realtree.ae for any question about your data.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address and anything you type in the message field. We also record the page you were on, the marketing campaign that brought you here, your language and currency preference, your device type, the projects you shortlisted, and the time of your first and most recent visit. We do not collect payment details.

Why we use it

We use your contact details to answer your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, to send prices, floor plans and payment plans, and to keep a record of the advice we gave you. We use the campaign and page data to understand which listings people find useful. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored in our customer records system, Zoho CRM. Where you ask about a specific project we may pass your name and contact details to that developer so they can register your interest. Analytics and advertising partners, including Google, Meta, TikTok and Snap, receive event data only after you accept the relevant cookies.

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser and reloading the page.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@realtree.ae and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for five years from your last contact with us, which matches the record keeping expected of a licensed brokerage, then delete them.
